I have purchased two vehicles from BMW of Westlake, both from salesman Jerry Mancini. He and the used car manager, Fred Palmer, have treated me very well. They have been completely honest with me and have gone out of their way to be sure I was satisfied with both of my purchases. When it comes time for service, their service department is top notch. I deal with Britney Quick, who is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership and intend to continue to do business with them.

This dealership have a great staff ! Steven Mihalic went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I'm was the most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car, the process was absolutely easy any quick and So professional. Found car online, did deal over phone, came in from out of state and John Caruso had everything arranged per the deal, papers ready to sign, car ready to go. Leasing no bs, no add-ons. Respected my time, allowing more time with the Genius Justin Niedzwiecki who also was on his game. Fine job by both and I would return!

I felt that the purchasing experience was simple and low stress. Coming from out of state, I wanted to make sure that the potential for sale was reasonable before making the trip. We were able to work out many of the potential details before hand, minimizing the time required for completing things that day. The trade in process was very smooth and the final deal was very fair. My husband found this car on line and we thought it was too good to be true. We took a risk and flew from Chicago to Cleveland to check it out. Q picked us up from the airport and from that moment we were put at ease. His easy manner and honest approach was refreshing. The vehicle was just as represented on line. My partner and I went to BMW of Westlake after being underwhelmed by the staff and service at Ganley bmw dealership (where we when initially as it was closest to us). We went into both dealerships knowing what we wanted (a new 2-series); Howard S. at Westlake made our experience as painless and easy as I could have imagined. Highly recommend the dealership and Howard! Our experience really was very straightforward (and therefore pleasant) at BMW of Westlake.

All of the people that I had contact with were professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had many people that were not part of the negotiations ask if they could get me coffee or help me, this was very nice.
