This was an excellent car buying experience. The dealership provided superb customer service in every category from sales to finance to car capabilities to excellent follow-up post purchase communication and review.
These guys get the job done -- thoroughly impressed and appreciative of the team's resourcefulness and cooperation. Not only was I in and out within an afternoon, but it was on a day where they were understaffed!

I had the best car buying experience at BMW of Westlake. I had to change cars due to a technical problem I was having. They couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The deal was done in a timely manner and I had a new car within a week. Howard was more than accommodating and I couldn't have been happier!
Purchased a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder in nearly new condition. Professional sales and financing staff that weren't your typical 1980's sales men that just want to make a deal. Worked with Huy and highly recommend him!

I had done my research so I knew what I wanted and appreciated that Steve helped me refine my options and not try to sell me anything I didn't need.
