I just purchased BMW 750i from Q without visiting the Dealership. I gave Q a 5 Star because I am completely satisfied with services that he provided including prepare all docs, financing, and arrange shipping my BMW 750i from Middleburg Heights to Atlanta safely. I would highly recommend BMW of Westlake and Qasim.

Came in on a Wed. afternoon after work looking for a specific car. Met Ken Delk who walked me very easily thru the process. Was told they had one that was a demo but was discounted as a result. I was shown the vehicle and discussed the pertinent info - and settled on a mutually agreeable deal. Not once was I ever pushed into anything I didnt want or told anything other than what I had asked for. This was my first dealing with BMW and I felt like a long lost friend. we had the best experience our sales person q was amazing friendly professional and knowledgeable our finance person was helpful witty and definitely loving his profession all good and we will be back to get our next car it was worth the 2 hr drive from NY.

I've purchased two vehicles recently and spoke to many salespeople. Most have been pushy and at times straight up lie about things. Q, on the other hand, is persistent, hard working and straightforward. In my mind, there is a difference between pushy and persistent. Q followed up with me, but didn't pressure me into anything. He worked hard to find answers, rather than redirecting the conversation or making something up. If he didn't have an answer, he would check and call, text or email me back. I was really pleased with this Dealership- from their courtesy, personal service and their willingness to answer any question I might have. They were a big help in steering me to the car and accessories that I wanted. It was a great experience!!

Q from the moment I pulled in greeted me with professionalism. He gave me a no hassle, no pressure experience. This is what I needed after numerous failed attempts at other dealers. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, nor being manipulated like a puppet for his gain. I felt I was being treated with honesty and kindness. Have to give a thank you to Steve as well, who also assisted in reaching my best options. I will most certainly recommend these people to others.

I recently bought a used 2013 Honda Pilot from BMW of Middleburg Heights and it was a very good experience. All paperwork and application was fast and smooth. My sales person, Greg, was very helpful and communicated thoroughly with me before, during and after sale. The second day after I bought the car I got calls from him about my experience and he offered his help. It was a very pleasant experience!
