I purchased my first BMW from Westlake's CPO satellite location in Middleburg Heights and am more than satisfied with my experience at the dealership and owning the car thus far. Advisor Marc Narosny maintained opened communication and was personable throughout the process. My wife recently looked for a 428 Xdrive Grand Coupe that she wanted to test drive, having only seen one passing her on the road. She searched the internet and found a few at Westlake,. First let me start by saying Tom Zito is the man. No hard sell. No pressure. Took the time to listen to what I wanted out of my fourth BMW purchase and did everything in his power to make it happen. We test drove a number of options, worked over a number of financing options and ultimately found the best car and at an unbelievable price. I'm now in what hast turned out to be my favorite BMW to date and Tom and Dan made it happen. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will be back when my better half's lease is up.
I bought a car within the last 30 days from BMW of Westlake. My salesman was John Caruso. He provided excellent customer service and made the process a very pleasurable experience. The finance guy named Mike (not sure of his last name) provided excellent customer service as well.

Great service, helped me understand the product, walked me through the car and made me comfortable with what I had bought. Dirk did a great job with pricing and telling me exactly what I was about to get, with the different options and explaining each detail of the car with me before we left.
