Dealership went above and beyond to listen to my questions, concerns and requirements and put me in the perfect car. The entire lease process was virtually painless. Excellent customer service. Upon delivery, I was given a thorough tutorial of use of the equipment. Dealer worked with us tried everything to put us in our choice vehicle which is important most dealership will try to switch to something other than what you went there for. I met Ken Delk in March and we went over my exact requirements for the BMW I purchased. They had to order the car and Ken kept me informed throughout the process. I picked up my car on Monday and the financing went as planned and the BMW Genius was outstanding. Was a very professional experience.
