I had a great experience at BMW of Westlake. This will be my first BMW coming from driving an Audi. The salesmen at BMW made my experience a positive one and gave me the best deal on my car! There was a newly created ding in the front of my car that the staff addressed and committed to fix with a loaner car and replacing the bumper completely.
