I could not imagine a more pleasing experience buying a previously owned vehicle than I received from the whole gang at BMW of Westlake, especially my salesman, Jerry Mancini. Jerry knew that I was not from that area (I traveled three hours to get there) and he patiently suggested a route to properly test drive the car, he answered every question, and importantly and ultimately, they offered me a deal with value even beyond what I expected. I wouldn't hestitate to return.
Good inventory with straight forward pricing. I got an fair value for my trade in. My sales rep was very professional and the service is excellent.

I visited Mr. Jerry Mancini at Ganley BMW in Middleburg Heights in search of a new BMW. Jerry was most helpful and found me my "dream car!" I purchased (by lease) a 2015 X4 M Sport. The vehicle is in excellent shape, is fully loaded and very clean! I cannot rave any more about Mr. Mancini and the staff at Ganley BMW other than, "Keep up the excellent customer service you have provided me!" This purchase is our first BMW. this is the best dealer I've ever been. Very nice environment. Friendly and experienced sales man. We had great time there. Very family friendly. We had two kids with us. Everybody around are nice to them, although the kids are noisy and messy. We purchased the car in just one visit. I recommend this dealership from my heart. Scott, Mike and Frank, you guys are awesome.
