For years, my cousin has been a loyal BMW customer. He always raved about his cars, customer service and overall experiences. When my lease was up he persuaded me to shop at BMW in Westlake, OH. I'm glad I did. Initially there was a small miscommunication BUT the ENTIRE staff (from the salesman to the Manager to the supervisor) went over and beyond to please me and resolve the situation. I thank them all and highly recommend BMW of Westlake!
I felt extremely comfortable and cofident with the staff throughout the entire process. All phone calls or emails were answered promtly, professionally and to my satisfaction. This is the 4th BMW have bought from this dealership and I keep coming back because of the customer service and the how easy the car buying experience is. From start to finish this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. This is my 3rd BMW and while Ive had excellent experiences at other local BMW dealerships this location was the best.
