Putrri Padbatan was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She listened to all of my requests. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner; and she was able to find the appropriate sources, such as the general manager, to clarify my inquiries. Overall, I was very satisfied with her performance. She did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends.

Wow! That is how I would summarize my experience in one word. On a whim my Wife and I stopped by BMW of Westlake looking for a very specific car: 2015 435I Xdrive all black. Howard Schneider met us shortly after we entered with a big smile and asked us how he can help. We mentioned this specific car and immediately Howard offered us a seat, coffee, and his ear. aside from the great product this dealership has met my highest standards for service and quality. No one wants to wonder what's happening with their vehicle and nothing was left to question when I had to get service. Work was done efficiently and with no issues after. All work was covered under the warranty too.

I purchased a 2014 X1 228i, they took it off the showroom floor for me to test drive without question. This is my second BMW from Jerry and it won't be my last. Love the dealership, the experience and especially the people! From the Dealership Manager, to finance and sales they are all exceptional. Thank you all!!!

Worked online and phone with Jerry Mancini. Came to a mutual agreement on cost of used corvette. Drove to dealer, about 100 miles for appointment . Jerry met me at the door with the car shining and full of fuel. Met service adviser and finance manager. Answered all my questions, and reviewed everything about the car.After test drive we completed the deal. I drove home with my new car and a very warm experience. Courteous, Respectful, Helpful and Great Pricing. What more can anyone want from a dealership? Oh yeah, gorgeous new facility. Recommend these folks, they do have it together. Howard Schneider is a very personable professional and looks out for his customer.

I just got my 6th car from Bmw of Westlake/Ganley! This experience was just as good as all the others and then some because of the beautiful new facility. Ken Delk has been my Client Advisor for many years and as usual my service from him was nothing less than stellar. The X4 that I wanted in the showroom sold, but Ken and the team found me an identical one and got it in for me in less than a week! A big thank you to Ken, Bob, Dan, Jim, Mike, Adam, Fred, Bill and the rest of the team!
