Recently returned for my fourth BMW from Ganley. The first from their new showroom In Westlake. This is the second time I've dealt with John Caruso who remains the ultimate professional and a pleasure to work with. Strongly recommend that anyone in the market for a new BMW visit Ganley and ask for John.

The showroom and new dealership is really something to be seen! The dealership and its surroundings were very nice, clean and well cared for. I had been searching for a BMW and spoke with multiple different dealerships. Jerry Mancini was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. I drove an hour and half to get the car and it was worth it for the service. I would definitely return for my next car.
Loved everything about this dealership. Everybody is so friendly and Howard is exceptional. My husband and I found a car online through BMW Westlake website.
