This is my first BMW, a 7000 miles CPO 528i X-drive that looks and feels brand new. Dirk is very professional, fun to work with and very knowledgeable about the car's technology and features. This is my 2nd BMW 535i Xdrive from Ganley BMW. Ken Delk was professional and helpful throughout the purchase. He explained every feature of the car in a pleasant manner.
