From our very first contact all the way through the delivery of our 2015 BMW X5, we have been very pleased with the folks at this dealership. Our salesman, Dirk Steffen, was not only extremely knowledgeable about the X5, but also very patient in explaining in detail the features of the vehicle, and we very much enjoyed working with him. If in the future we might be interested in trading in our X5 for another BMW Dirk will be the first person we call.
While narrowing our options to purchase a new car, we visited and interfaced with a total of 7 automobile dealerships in Ohio including two other BMW dealers (both of which where closer to our home). Tom Zito did a great job since my first visit to the dealership. Marc and Fred also helped on the day Tom was out of the office. Even after my purchase the customer service level has been excellent. I would certainly recommend Ganley BMW to anyone who is interested in buying a BMW.
I recently purchased an X3 from Howard Schneider at Ganley BMW. Howard was extremely knowledgeable about the car and patiently answered any and all my questions. There wasn't any high-pressure sales, just good information. I did shop other cars and Howard never pushed me to make a decision. Once I selected the X3, Howard helped me get the features I wanted the most cost effective way. The process from shopping to purchasing went very well - it was a good experience.
Have known Jerry, Bill and Roland since 2003 - they were all at another dealership and they are AMAZING guys always willing to help and be on your side. I drove over 30 miles to this dealership because of these three gentlemen - even though there is a dealer 2 miles from my home. Feel as though new friendships were made as I met with Sales Manager and Finance team. Great work - keep it up - very professional and client focused.
My experience with Ganley BMW was very rewarding. John Caruso was excellent to work with and is very knowledgeable about the BMW products. The car I wanted (with many options and color combinations had to be ordered from the factory. John and his manager saved me money by advising that there were a few 2014 order slots available before the 2015's were to be built. There are more than a dozen BMW dealers in Ohio, but Ganley is the only one that deserves your full attention. There is a special focus to the Customer in this dealership. From the moment of your first contact with them, till the day you drive your new vehicle away from their lot, it is nothing else but an amazing experience that you will not easily forget.
