I can't say enough good things about my experience. Ken & Frank were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They both put up with my excessive excitement & was always prompt on answering my emails/phone calls when I wanted to know what the status of my order was on the M3. I had a very positive experience with Ganley BMW. I couldn't find the car in my area that I sought...a low mileage used 335xi...so I drove from Pittsburgh to Cleveland and met with Jerry Mancini. He couldn't have been nicer, even calling me a couple times to follow-up during my two hour trip to the dealership. Dirk made buying my first BMW a breeze! He helped me build and order a car that was absolutely perfect, all while keeping me completely updated throughout the shipping process. Dirk was extremely helpful and informative from my initial test drive all the way to the actual car delivery. Overall, a terrific buying experience -- I'll definitely be a repeat customer!!!

I would like to express my complete satisfaction with the experience my wife and I had in purchasing a certified pre-owned BMW 328IX.
