I must say from the moment I walked into the dealership, to the moment I walked out with our cars everything was spot on. Ken was helpful, informative, and even drove across town to deliver the paperwork to for us to sign so we did not have to. Frank was also extremely professional and sincere. I recently ordered a 2014 BMW through Ganley BMW. I worked with Jerry Mancini and Bob Strecker, the sales manager. Bob treated me like I was his only customer. Since I ordered the car, the process was supposed to take 8 weeks. Bob updated me every step of the way. The communication was fantastic.
