Upon making a visit to a Pgh. BMW showroom and not receiving a follow-up call, we proceeding to go online to search for another BMW dealer. We contacted Ganley BMW's Dirk Steffan about the BMW X3. Jerry Mancini was pleasant, knowledgable, accommodating, trustworthy, dependable, fair, and no pressure. In other words - the perfect sales person. We actually purchased a new car, when our intent was just to consider a used car. We would recommend him without reservation and would travel the 100 miles again just to deal with Jerry. The lease on my Mercedes is up in a few months, and I wanted to get an early start on my next car. I met Howard as soon as I walked through the door, and I have to say he was the friendliest, most attentive and most knowledgable salesman I have ever worked with. I recently purchased a new BMW at Ganley BMW in Middleburg Heights. It was without a doubt the best purchase experience I have ever had buying a new car. I worked with Dirk Steffens who knew every detail of the BMW product line. We arrived a little late in the afternoon and he stayed well past closing helping us with the sale. During the car delivery he went over every detail of the car and could answer every question that we had about the vehicle. I would highly recommend Ganley BMW and would encourage you to ask for Dirk.
