I stopped by to prepare for my lease-end procedure review and left with a wonderful new 2012 vehicle from the showroom. Frank Steffen (GSM) and Brooks Rorapaugh made the process comfortable, efficient, and thoroughly enjoyable. This is my second Purchase from Ken Delk at Ganley BMW and he did not dissappoint. Ken Delk was able to get my wife into the right car with the right equipment. He was easy to work with and made the negotiation process very easy. He took extra time to familiarize us with all the features of our new BMW. In addition my experience with the Ganley BMW service department over the years has been excellent. Mike Lepre in particular always handles my service calls with consistently high customer service.

I have purchased several cars in the past but I have never had such an enjoyable experience as I did at Ganley BMW. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and pleasant.
