BMW was at the bottom of our list and my wife did not particularly like the car we saw at the 2012 Cleveland Auto Show. Let me just say: I have been searching for either a Mercedes Benz or a BMW and when I decided to go to Ganley BMW I met with: Shawn Redic and I must say it was the most enjoyable experience I have every had with buying a car and this was by far the most expensive car I have ever purchased. This is the 3rd BMW I have purchased from Ganley BMW. This was my first experience with Jerry Mancini and he did a superb job. I can recommend both Jerry for sales and the service department. The service department has also been great. They even helped us fix a problem without coming in!
I bought my CPO BMW on the internet, and live in Cinti. Fred/Jerry both made the transaction smooth and easy. Their professionalism, promptness in returning calls (negotiation/paperwork/fax) and flexibility exceeded all my expectations. In person the dealership looked great and all cars were attractive and clean. The paperwork glitch was a non-event and the car overview was thorough and well-paced. Looking back there was no dread or frustration like past auto purchases. Everything a purchase should be - smooth.
This is my second purchase from Ganleys BMW and again recieved excellent customer service. Friendly, approachable and professional, all my concerns were addressed immediately and made sure I was happy with the purchase. Highly recommend.

I visited several BMW dealerships in search of a new BMW. John Caruso at Ganley was very patient with me. He educated me on the different makes of BMW's and their pricing. Working with John was a pleasure. This was my first BMW and my first car stepping up in class. John spent a great deal of time with me and explained the features of my car very well. The test drive, he drove us first, really allowed me to have a great appreciation for all the things this car can do.
