I found my new vehicle online its was 63 miles of a drive from home to the dealership. Scott Bennett was very accommodating that made it worth the drive!He new I was looking for this vehicle and went over and above because we made a long drive. My experience at Ganley BMW was excellent. Sales people teamed up to make sure all my questions were answered and service was provided in the most timely manner. Follow up was great. And after purchase was made, they took time to go over everything I wanted to know about the car. They were very patient and didn't rush with explanations. It was a joy to deal with these folks. The day I picked up the car the delivery process took longer then I had anticipated, and there was the obligatory "upsell" by finance guy Mike with the additional optional services to contend with, but that was to be expected. Much of the lengthy delivery process was to acquaint me with the laundry list of features and options the car included. These were instructions which I was happy to receive. I knew what I wanted, and these guys delivered. I couldn't be happier if I was twins!
John was a pleasant sales rep, not pushy and very knowledgeable of the products he is selling. I appreciated all of his help in purchasing my first BMW and providing me with the car I wanted and needed. Our test drive of the X3 with John was helpful in making my decision and knowing that the X3 was a safe vehicle. I found the car I wanted on their web site and called the dealer. Just happened to get Scott Bennet and he did a great job going over the features of the car and "going to bat for us" on the price. The prep was excellent and we are very pleased with the car and the buying experience.

My entire purchase experience with Ganley BMW was a pleasure. All negotiations were made over the phone and the paperwork and financing was handle via emial before delivery. I flew to Ohio to pickup the car. Jerry picked me up at the airport and I was on my way home withing 2 hours of landing. Overall a great experience. I recommend this dealership.
Everything went smooth and was fine. The vehicle was processes quickly and everything was described to me in detail about what the cars capabilities are.
