By far the Ganley experience was the best I have ever had and this was not my first BMW purchase. While the dealership pricing and web site is what got me to call it was Jerry's efforts and manor of handling this sale that will keep me coming back only to him and Ganley. Mike was fantastic as well in financing, and I appreciate their professionalism and personal touch!!! Great experience and a great car, thank you, much appreciated!

The test drive was enjoyable. I got the impression Vince was a driving enthusiast. Particularly likes BMWs. Seems to take pride in the brand and show off new features and style changes between models. He also seem to appreciate subtle differences between the models as well. If it was all an act, I fell for it. Now I've got a great piece of driving machinery to show for it. So far a good experience. I contacted Ganley BMW through the internet in response to an ad they posted online for a Certified Pre-Owned 2008 BMW 335i. They were about 400 miles away from where I live in NJ, but they were the only place I could find with the exact car I was looking for so I contacted them anyway. This is the second sale at Ganley BMW with Ken Delk. He was very helpfull throughout the sale as we were out of town on vacation. We finialized the transaction by phone, and when we returned we picked up our new car after only beeing in the office for a short time. Everybody we delt with at the agency were very polite and helpfull. It was a nice experience.

My experience from the time I walked in the dealership was very positive. The team went above and beyond to inform me on the different options available, ultimately putting me into a car that was just right for my situation. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Very pleased with overall service and handling of the transaction. THe sales personnel were very helpful and the finance manager was professional and organized. It was an enjoyable experience.

Customer service was pretty good, but there was a slight communication issue that had me wait for a couple of hours before signing all of the important paperwork. It's nice to be surrounded by such examples of automotive excellence, but I can only look at so many of the same car before the novelty thins. Being that the vehicle purchased was a BMW, it was bound to cost more than the average vehicle, and my trade had lots of miles on it, so I wound up making the purchase with a bit more negative equity than anticipated. My husband and I were easily able to view the pre-owned selection via Ganley's website. When we called Shawn, we knew exactly which car we wanted to test drive. Shawn was unavailable the day we came in, but Jerry took care of us exceptionally well. As a side note-- it was a cold, blustery afternoon and after we arrived the pre-owned salesroom became swamped with customers. Jerry handled everything with patience and ease.
