Jim was great- Issue resolved in short time frame and able to return loader the following morning, which was much more convenient. All the service reps are super helpful and car is always returned cleaned and washed.

I’m satisfied with the final outcome. It took some time I’m satisfied with the final outcome. It took some time due to the vehicle (i8) being a hybrid, but in the final analysis everything went smoothly.

Well. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased at BMW Westlake. John Redden is fabulous. Very responsive and he has such a good memory I just mentioned what I was looking for in my next car about a year ago and he remembered and kept an eye out for me as this car was coming in.
