Cap's new ride Have dealt with BMW of Dallas and my salesman for many years now. This is my fifth 3 series. Joe Yetzer has taken care of me in all my dealings. He is courteous, to the point and takes care of his customers. Would not deal with anyone else. Total customer care not just sales! Facilities are always clean, appointments always timely. Great experience and will continue to deal with Joe in the future.
No Nonsense! We knew what we wanted when we walked in to this dealership. Jason Williamson, our Salesman, did an excellent job in cutting through the red tape and bringing us the best deal up front. Start to finish, it was an excellent experience! Rick Henry, the Finance Executive, took the time to explain everything and was very professional! We would definitely buy from MINI of Dallas again!!
A good buying experience Let's be honest. Typical BMW buyers don't want pressure or games employed by many car dealers. Thankfully none of this occurred at BMW of Dallas. I purchased a new 328i and it was smooth and flawless buying experience. Ali did a nice job with no pressure. Information and willingness to go through all the options. Rick in Finance was engaging and a pleasure. I have absolutely no hesitation going back given this experience.
Great experiencebuying my new car at BMW of Dallas I just bought my new BMW X5 at BMW of Dallas on Saturday with Ali Kohla. I was in and out and just a couple of hours with ease. Ali was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful showing me everything there was to know about my new car. The finance department was also great! I would highly recommend going to BMW of Dallas to buy your next new or pre-owned car.
Pre-owned 335i from BMW of Dallas Sales associated Ali Kohla was courteous and knowledgable, without being pushy. I wish the dealer would have been a bit more flexible on price, although they did show me their cost for this trade in. If one can believe the trade in value shown, then their profit margin was reasonable after the car was brought to CPO status. But, what if they gave the previous owner a higher trade in value than deserved?
CPO BMW I bought a CPO BMW from them, negotiated most of the price and features via email, as I live in Austin... I found them to be helpful and courteous... test drove and picked up my car once we settled on price... I would buy from them again...

Great Service Dept! I have owned several different BMWs and I always go out of my way to take it to BMW of Dallas even when I lived in Plano. Great friendly service department and management, very quick on servicing my car in a timely manner and getting me in and out! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
