Service If you bought a full service warranty when you bought you car then do NOT bring it to the Dallas BMW for service. This is the second time I have taken my car in with a firm appointment and days later still have no status from the dealer. It appears that the warranty cars go to the bottom of the priority list. The service rep does not call back, the main service routes you to your service rep and so goes the loop. This place is TERRIBLE!

Service visit Bad! Seems they only wanted to sell more services. Had no sense they were concerned about the customer.

Personalized service from David Boice. Ordered my third X5 in 15 years. Great help from David who was patient with my deliberation process. Glad the trade-in situation was resolved by BMW on the air-bag problem on my previous 2012 X5. Am enjoying the new features on the 2016 model.

horible ,comunication with the costumer. i buy used car month ago i still no have my car and they no want to fix it..i speak with the manger , sales man , service and service supervisor . am still waiting for the call...see what happen with the car.

Review of bmw mini Not the best customer service, love the car - wished I knew where the Garage door opener was in the build your own on their site - I missed it - still can't find it.
