Unresponsive, Unprofessional The entire process was a fiasco. During the buying process, the salesman and financing lady began to be very rude once we turned down the upselling, as we could see a clear shift in their moods. After buying a Certified Pre-Owned X3, I was told the detailing of the car would be done in Colorado where they would cover the cost, (as I needed to be out there the next day). Bmw of dallas - never again Awful service. Missed repairs. Communication non existent. They don?t care about their customers. Not the first time this has happened. DONT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Bad Experiance overall my experience w/the dealership was not good...I made the appt. told them what was needed and showed up on time (7:45 for a 8am appt.). They took so long in getting to me (20 minutes) even thou I was first in line w/appt. I had to go to work so I left, thinking they can see the reg in the car match it to the appt. and do the work needed. BMW Lemmon Ave Required Air Bag recall. No other service performed.
Poor service Terrible experience. I can't believe a high end dealer would not fully honor their coupon. Coupon stated 6 cylinder car oil change $89.99, but upon picking up was told my 525i 6 cylinder oil change is higher. S99.99. Really $10 for a bad review. Also loaner dept tried to get over by having me inital on the tablet inside and say I was acknowledging no smoking but the e-mail paperwork showed I initaled for no damage. Airbag Recall After airbag recall repair, I noticed that the automatic door lock program didn't work. We figured out how to reset the program.
Proceed with extreme caution I was initially advised that the total repair time would be two weeks, but it took the technicians almost two and a half months to complete my vehicle's repairs. Throughout the process, the service manager assigned to my repairs failed to effectively communicate the status of my vehicle. I called to ask if the repairs were complete on my vehicle, and he confirmed that my vehicle would be ready the following day. Lawrence Crowley Brought my car in for service. Only disappointment was the loaner car which was a small 3 series and the windshield inside was dirty.
A joke of a dealership. The place stunk, was loud, very chaotic and the work was never done some 3 hours later
