2019 BMW X3 AutoNation BMW far exceeded my expectations from the other dealerships in DFW. These people want to earn your business and sell you a car. If you want a BMW go to AutoNation and ask for Annalee, Oscar and Ez you won’t be disappointed. You will leave in the car you want it’s that simple.

Bait and Switch I bought a vehicle from this dealership and when they delivered the vehicle, it came with different rims....they promised to swap them out....after several attempts to swap them out, they said they were not going to do it

SO Frustrated with this car and service experience Have owned a brand new X3 M sport for a week now and it's been in the dealership with issues for half of the time. Prior to buying the car, the salesman told me all services were included for the first 3 years. Not until signing all the finance papers did I learn he was completely wrong and no major services are covered! Whether this was innocent ignorance or blatant dishonesty, I am not sure - but very frustrating either way. Yesterday they told me to swing by to turn ... read more

Lemon alert I was thrilled to buy my son his first car in August 2016--a 2009 BMW 328i. What a moment it was to present this gift to him...and now that moment is forever tarnished. He has driven the car less than 20k miles over the past 26 months and we just received a call from the mechanic that the engine is "done". The upper radiator hose leaked coolant down into the oil filter housing and ruined the head gasket thus ruining the engine. I was assured by my salesperson, Gary Aggas, that there were plenty of miles left in t... read more

Poor service visit! On Monday morning (by appointment 11/19), I took my 2006 BMW in for repair! The service advisor was not at all familiar with the BMW product... & The Technician failed miserably. The left front headlight casing was completely replaced. The problem is that it was not calibrated at all after being replaced. Because this was a complete headlight replacement, I didn’t expect it to match the older light completely... But when you’re driving on two-way streets and oncoming drives are flashing their lights at you... read more

EXPENSIVE I LIKE BMW AND MY SERVICE GUY JOE BUT IT'S EXPENSIVE AND EVERY TIME I GO IN I AM INFORMED I NEED SOMETHING ELSE WHICH IS ANOTHER $ 200-400. I LIKE THE PEOPLE AND THE FACT THAT I CAN CALL MY SERVICE GUY AND GET INFO FROM HIM. IT'S JUST GETTING HARD TO AFFORD THE SERVICE. THE DALLAS BMW IS 100% BETTER THAN THE FT WORTH BMW.

Don't know what they are doing Wrong email. I live in Nevada and they say I serviced my BMW? I don't own one! Not sure what the problem is, but it is not my problem. This in one way to highlight the stupid error. My name is not CHARLES!

bmw mini of dallas i had a marginal experience in getting my service done with you all. there doesn't seem to be much effort to overly extend for a good experience. The team didn't seem enthused to do so. there seems to be a price tag for every little thing. i had a few error messages recently show and then disappear on my x5. i asked to see if you all could run a diagnostic on the computer to check for any error codes, and i understand the charge was $200+ or so. i called the person that i have had service my car ... read more

waiting area sucks Waiting area was a night mare. Loud country music blaring over an awful sound system together with loud television sound. No way to escape.
