Mini of Dallas Bought my Countryman here because I felt that I had the best price here. Customer service is lacking. Like most places they just want to sell you a car. So, if you just want a car without the special touch of some of the others then buy here. But I probably won't.

Airbag recall Bmw sent me a letter for an airbag recall. I called and set up an appointment. When I got there, they said parts are not available. Why make an appointment if you don't have the parts?

Service Repair The most recent service experience was very bizarre. I brought my car in due to a weird smell that was in the car for over a month. I took it into the dealership to look into this and was placed in a last minute rental car so the dealership could look into this. It was thought to be due to a rodent. I paid a fee to have them look into this (which included removing all the inside door panels, etc) and then declined when they would need to due a more extensive work to look for this rodent that may or may not hav... read more

Garbage 3 Major problems: 1) Was quoted 1700 dollars for a starter that the next mechanic I took it to fixed for a 730. Additionally they tried to make me pay 550 dollar for a new battery whenever mine wasn't broken in the slightest. 2) Shaun McCall my support guy sent me away when I walked in 2 minutes after close when all I needed was to get my bag out of my car after work. Review Car was promised to be ready on Friday but was not ready until Tuesday. Repairs that were made appear to be OK

$1500 repair for NOTHING My 2007BMW x3 had two notification lights on: ABS & Break. These notifications showed up every time when I drive about 10 minutes on the road, so I took it to the shop on March 16th. After diagnosis, they recommended repairing " steering angle sensor and program", cost $1550.00 I had to ask them again to confirm and make sure it would fix those notifications, and they said yes. Service I was greeted nicely from Rodney. My 2nd service guy has left and I chose the gentleman that I had seen working since I bought the car. He was very nice. It took them over an hour to tell me they did not have my tire in stock. They called me promptly when it was ready. I had my husband pick up the car. When I got in the car to check the psi pressure the new tire was not adjusted to match all the tires. I was a little disappointed

Instant Sale lost due to disappearing car Shopping for a Mini-Cooper Countryman and saw they had the one I wanted. Called and they said to come down that it's on the lot. Wanted to trade my car so I went to wash it first. Called again by dealer asking when I'd be there. Told him 20 minutes. Good luck if you live in Carrollton Third time I've had to take my Z4 in for repairs - have literally spent thousands of dollars. Never a problem for the shuttle to take me home before this visit. Today they said I live 9 miles outside the radius they will take you home. 9 miles. If you live in Carrollton TX and need to take your car in to BMW of Dallas, be prepared to sit and wait of spend 50 bucks round-trip on an Uber.
