Delays and Mistakes I came in with an appointment for a simple oil change and it took nearly 5 hours because they "accidentally reset my iDrive computer" and had to reprogram. This took several hours. I was not notified this was going on until I approached my service adviser and asked for an updated. Very disappointed. On my previous visit to the same dealership (BMW Dallas on Lemmon), I had to bring my vehicle back in because they forgot to reset my service light.

Denied purchase If you are every attempting to purchase a used vehicle over the phone, they won't let you if it's something people want. They make you come into the dealership, otherwise they won't sell you the vehicle

My M4 5Star as usual. Had to get back to OK for a reception an they stayed late 8 pm to finish the job

Everything about this dealership is just wrong I live 5 mins from this dealership but prefer to go to other ones that are ~25mins away. That's how awful they are. I have had several bad experiences with this dealership it is mind boggling. They always refuse to get me a loaner. I have to go to work I can't wait to get my car fixed for hours. Don't waste your time and money at BMW of Dallas!! I was looking to lease a new BMW 5 Series from BMW of Dallas, but the experience there was terrible from start to finish. I have never dealt with so many crooks at one time. I highly don't recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy or lease a new BMW. Their sales staff, including sales managers, are the worst I have ever encountered. Plain and simple...they are unprofessional, disrespectful, and a bunch of liars. Car Service I had the best experience ever this week from Andrew Solis!!! I have never had this kind of help!!! He mad me remember why I kept coming back to BMW! This is car number 5!¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Really bad service Really bad service. They don’t care about their customers especially the service department they are the worst. I do not recommend this place do not waste your time

BMW/ loaner vehicle was dropped on a Tuesday. I called on Friday to inquire about vehicle , finally was given update. vehicle was in shop 9 days. I was told to go cashier pay and get my vehicle . no one met me to give update or just to get a greeting. there were extra miles on my vehicle gas was used and was not replaced. I was threaten when i picked up loaner to make sure it had same amount of gas when it was returned. Problems with car since September but date Still waiting on update of software from bmw. Unknown when that is going to be done at least my understanding. So hard to give feedback because car has yet to be officially fixed and remain fixed Been going on since first week of car ownership.
