Disappointing customer service Autonation BMW of Dallas They only treat you well when it benefits them. 67 days and no refund. Would you let me drive your car off the lot and keep it for 67 days before buying it? No? Then why should we have to wait for our money? My husband and I bought a BMW from them, but decided to trade it in. When we were thinking about purchasing and up until the deal was done, they were to eager to help. We were getting calls the week before. We got to the dealership late, but they stayed open for us ... read more

paul schiefer I would not purchase from this dealer again. The sale process was deceptive, especially when going to the finance managers office. I asked "does this option I am buying cover all maintenance on the car for 6 years?" His answer is Yes, but it only extended the maintenance from BMW for 3 years. First time in with a new vehicle the suggested maintenance that was not covered was $900.00 - including an amazing fee to rotate tires. Speaking of tires, do not buy a BMW with "Run Flat" tires, they do not hold air, expec... read more

Disappointed I had some warranty work that needed to be completed on my car, so I also asked for a replacement key when I arrived. When I called the dealership a few weeks prior to my appointment, I asked if I could reprogram a key from a 2017 BMW that I had. He said no because the key fobs are already programmed for my specific car when they're ordered through BMW. I was quoted $400ish for the key fob when I called. When I received the quote for my key from my service adviser, it was almost $800 and there was a programming ... read more

Avoid this dealership Post sell service does not exist. You will be on your own. Pre sell they are quite nice and responsible! After the sell they blame every one else if you get any response. Frustrating experience.

RUN. RUN FAR AWAY. I've had THE WORST, deceitful, and disrespectful experience with BMW of Dallas's service when I brought in my X3 for major repairs in February. It took the dealership 3 full days to diagnose the problem - an oil pump chain break causing loss of oil compression. The service adviser was very short and abrupt in responding with a complete and informed answer. His demeanor from start to finish was hurried and dismissive, which indicated he felt my legitimate questions about my own car were a waste of his time.... read more

Take your car somewhere else. Dont get ripped off. The experience has made me rethink owning a BMW. It’s sad as I have owned a BMW for the last 12-15years. I was misled twice and it’s pathetic that they do this to their so called loyal customers. Best advice, ask the rep on the phone to send you a print showing your reason for the service. If not you will pay for their lack of exp or laziness. Second, ask them to explain in detail what they will get done, why and how much. I scheduled a service request back in November as I ... read more

Service review This dealership overcharges for a lot of services that aren’t even necessary, and will do everything to make sure they can get you on multiple charges that in the end you don’t even need.
