"Great experience here!" I bought a used car here. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The sales rep who worked with me, David, listened to what I wanted and respected my budget-- after visits to other dealerships who tried to up-sell me or talk me into buying something that didn't suit my needs, that was quite refreshing. From the clean bathrooms and complimentary Peets Coffee to the lengthy test-drives and spectacular detailing job on the car, this place really knocked it out of the park.

"Delightful Experience" I have been a loyal client at Silver Spring BMW since leasing my 2013 BMW 328i. I have had wonderful experiences and with this third lease, a 2018 BMW 430i, it was not any different. "Thank you Andy Alexis!" Working with Andy was great. Andy and I started with a chat on their website. He was extremely professional and very accommodating. I was in a rush because it was a gift for my daughter and I wanted to make sure she had it right after graduation. Andy made sure all paperwork was together and ready when I arrived. He even helped with the surprise for my daughter. This was my second purchase from BMW of Silver Spring and first time working with Andy. I would definitley work with him again!!
