"Drop what you're doing and rush in to see Karen Herbert!" If you're buying a BMW in the DMV, Karen Herbert @BMWofSilverSpring is the only person to see. "New BMW Owner!" I'm a new BMW owner and I'm excited about joining the community. Andy Alexis, is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. He responded to all questions in a timely manner and did not rush us through the decision making process. This was the second BMW dealership that we visited and knew immediately that we would be purchasing our first BMW through Andy. The 2 hour drive for PA to MD, to meet Andy was well worth it!

"New Car Lease BMW X3 2018" Leasing was easier, sales rep (Eric Lovo) prepared all paperwork per telephone/email conversations, created no confusion nor had at hidden fees; and it was done in a timely manner. I tried to lease a similar at BMW Catonsville, which is a location close my home, but failed twice, in 2015 and again this time (2018). I found BMW Silver Spring & Herb Gordon in general a better dealer to get a deal without hassle. I bought two Subarus and this is my 2nd BMW lease at this location.

"My Dream Car became a Reality at BMW of Silver Spring" Yesterday I purchased my 2nd BMW from BMW of Silver Spring. Andy Alexis my salesperson and Steve Gluck the Manager made my dream of owning a black Hardtop convertible a reality. "Best Service BMW " I started coming to this location after not being happy at another BMW dealer. I found this location to be more courteous and they have more bed side manners. They take the time to listen to me when I explain what is going on with the car. I am always pleased with my service advisor and trust that my car is in good hands while I wait or leave it there. "Relaxed, professional and easy" We arrived at BMW Silver Spring as the first of three local BMW dealers we planned to visit. Eric was our consultant. He was really easy to talk to, quite knowledgeable, no pressure and made us immediately feel comfortable. We decided there was little chance that we would prefer another dealership/consultant and decided to end our search that day. We left with a brand new car. Our experience was fun, seamless and quick!
