"Happy Owner of M240i X" Our salesperson Eric Lovo was patient, helpful, and fun. We test drove 3 cars, looked at another 3 or so, not too mention scrolling through the inventory on internet. During all of this time, he kept a smile and continued to suggest cars that would meet all of our criteria. Ultimately I got a convertible, little car, big engine. Both my husband and I got just what we wanted.

"Great buying experience" I found Jason and BMW of Silver Spring while looking for a CPO on Autotrader. From my first request for more information throughout the process I was very impressed with Jason's responsiveness. With some dealerships it was like pulling teeth to get information; with Jason, he sent more information than I even requested. I live in Florida and flew to DC.
