"Karen Herbert of BMW Silver Spring is greaat!" I had an awful experience at another BMW dealership and was poised to leave the brand. However, I went into BMW of Silver Spring to consult with Karen Hebert. She helped me to get out of my relationship with the other dealership. I was once again treated as a valued customer and given a deal on a new car that allowed me to drive off of the lot with my respect for the BMW brand restored. The entire team that she worked with on my deal was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.
