I live in Cleveland Ohio and I came all the way to Silver Springs BMW for what was without question the best deal on the entire east coast. Miguel was responsive and honest in his salesmanship and he even picked me up from the airport! Miguel made the entire car buying experience as seamless as possible!(minus the 9 hour drive home) Thanks Miguel and Silver Springs BMW!!

I was not planning on buying a car last weekend. I was assigned to Max and I could not be more pleased. Max, in my opinion, has the perfect balance of intellect and charm. He really went "hard in the paint" from beginning to end, and I think we can all appreciate a good, hard work ethic. He even made sure my concerns post sale were ironed out smoothly and with aplomb. I had a great chat with the finance person as well. All in all, very professional and I am pleased with my vehicle and my service. Definitely 5 star.
