I had inquired about purchasing a loaner listed at Silver Spring that ended up being at a sister dealership. Jason tracked the car down and put me in touch with a client advisor at the other dealership. He even followed up the day after my appointment to check-in and ask if everything went well. Great experience.
We ended up ordering our car from Jason Richardson because he was knowledgeable and easy to work with. (We did not get the same great service at another area dealership.) We got a fair price and Mr. Richardson kept us informed as we waited for our car to be built and shipped. I highly recommend Mr. Richardson and BMW of Silver Spring as well.
Andy and the sales leadership listened to what I wanted and crafted a deal that met my needs. I am very satisfied and would come back the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle.

Ron was easy to work with and just a nice guy. Rest of the team made you feel like they cared about your experience. I'm a repeat customer and once they had the CPO vehicle I was looking for it was easy decision.
