I had a terrific experience buying a pre-owned BMW X3. I dealt directly with Eric Lovo who was responsive, transparent, honest and extremely knowledgeable. The process to close was the most efficient I have experienced. Allen Kim did a great job in finance. I would recommend Eric Lovo in particular and BMW of Silver Spring to anyone looking to purchase a BMW in the DC area.

Haggle free purchase. Would definitely buy from again in the future. We were able to come across a deal over the phone, and several hours later, we drove home in a new X1!

My experience at BMW of Silver Spring, MD with Miguel Mendez was excellent. He is best one I ever meet any sales advisor was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal on my "new" truck. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! Max our salesman was outstanding from start to finish. Gave us the attention we needed even though it was a used non-BMW vehicle. SUV was as advertised, dealership is high quality, and even the fianacing person was nice and patient. We were out of the dealership in a reasonable time. We have one issue with A/C system that popped up right after we bought the veihicle and that is being fixed. Again. We were treated no different than a person who would be purchasing a six figure BMW or so it felt.

We were able to do most of our business over the phone and Karen did a good job of finding us the car that met our needs and a deal that was fair to both sides. We didn't get much time at all with the BMW Genius which was disappointing and we didn't have time to wait for him to finish his commitment to the Corporate Rep who seemed to demand more time than a customer (sarcasm intended). The finance part of the deal was high pressure and unwanted but he was respectful of our tie requirements.
