Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had, thanks to Ron Askew shepherding the team and providing effortless communications. Available by email and text, we were able to work out everything leaving only final paperwork at the dealer! Highly recommend.

I came into the dealership after researching cars online and speaking to Max Moyer on the phone. Max reviewed he inventory of cars for the options and price I was looking for and we essentially finalized terms before I got to the dealership. When I arrived Max had two models available for a test drive and helped me to decide on the GT based on the hatchback. After bringing home my car, I had issues with the iDrive system. BMW of Silver Springs is a great place to purchase a car. I worked with Andy Alexis Sr and he was so polite, patient, informative and professional. The store was also very pristine. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone i know. The service was great and the sales man Ron Askew made the buying process very easy and stress free. He keeps it very simple and easy to understand. I also loved working with the financial department especially Andrew Lippincott who explained the pros and cons of electric cars versus hybrid cars. Overall it was a great buying experience and i hope to be back in 2-3 years.

The entire experience was great. It was worth the 1.75 hour drive to make my purchase! Most of the work was done via email and one I got there and test drive the car the rest was fast and what I had expected!
