I found the BMW that I wanted on the Silver Spring website. I called in to inquire and was directed to Eric Lovo. Eric was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. I had just had an unfavorable experience at my local BMW dealership and everyone at Silver Spring was delightful to deal with. The paperwork process and delivery of the vehicle were quick and seamless. Thank you all! I will de directing friends and family your way if they are interested in a BMW.

My wife and I were looking for a CPO vehicle to replace a lease turn-in. Max Moyer and the staff at BMW of Silver Spring were able to bring in a vehicle from another dealer and sell it to us for a great price. The finance person, Andrew, was able to get me a loan rate that was better than what I could get through my Credit Union. We were in-and out in about two hours from start to finish. Many thanks to the team at BMW of Silver Spring for making it happen!

I recently purchased a BMW X3 SUV at this dealership. Most impressed with the sales associate Ron Askew. Ron conducted himself in a very professional manner. He listened attentively to what I was interested in as far as a vehicle that is suitable for me and my family. My experience at this dealership was one that was unmatched and characterised by patient exquisite customer service. My sales representative was a class act! He is a major reason why I went with the BMW brand. Never once did I feel pressured or forced into sealing the deal. I just appreciated my experience and will highly recommend this dealership!

I was pleased with the responsiveness and the absence of "high pressure" sales practices I have experienced elsewhere. Max was very knowledgeable and Allen in finance explained things very well. Overall, the least frenzied/best planned and executed new car purchase I have ever had.

The whole experience at BMW of Silver Spring far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish the whole process was easy.. so easy that it my boyfriend was mad that he didn't have anything to be mad about..lol! Steve and Max were great helping me get the perfect M3, and having it shipped to me all the way to Florida. Communication was great and the process was perfectly smooth despite the long distance. Its great dealing with "car guys" when purchasing a vehicle like an M3 and makes the process enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealer.

Kristina Williams Was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to resolve the multiple problems in the car. This was under extended warranty and she had to deal with the insurance company which I can imagine was frustrating. Yet she took care of it without bothering me and was very curtious during the process. Excellent service and very competent service advisor (Kristina Williams)
