Ms Rachel Rhea, Assistant Service Adviser, at BMW of Silver Spring was surprisingly helpful, upon first introduction. She assisted me when my regular Adviser was out sick. Rachel filled-out the diagnostic form on the computer, to investigate a problem with my car door, I received a loaner car and was on my way. Kristina Williams, my Service Advisor, was outstanding. She is very professional, listened to my service concerns and what needs I had for this particular service, and did the necessary follow-up in keeping me informed of progress, and informing me when my vehicle would be ready.

Ronald made our 1st BMW buying experience nothing short of amazing and may I asked simple. He negotiated with finance department and got us a lower rate. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest salesman. If I'm need of a BMW, ask for Ronald!

Kristina Williams at BMW of Silver Spring is one of the best Service Advisers in the organization. She was assisting me with service to my 2012 BMW vehicle and informed me the warranty expired. My Sales Adviser was also working to locate a new vehicle within my budget. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle and completing the paperwork the same day. I had never purchased a BMW before so I made sure to do my research and I found a perfect car for me on their website. I actually bought the car before they could even take pictures and upload them to the website. Because they only had the car for a day before i bought it, they let me point out minor paint and rim repairs i would like to be fixed and took care of it for me after i purchased with no hassle at all. They gave me a loaner car for a couple days and called me when the work had been done so i could come pick it up

I will probably never go to another car dealership as long as Karen Herbert is still working as a sales person here. She is amazing! She did not waste my time trying to convince me to buy out of my budget and made sure I had every feature possible with the car I did purchase...all within my budget.
