We just leased our second vehicle in the past year with BMW of Silver Spring with Karen Herbert as our Sales Associate again! As we experienced last year, the service we received from Karen and everyone at the dealership was wonderful. This is why we came back for another lease and will continue to come back for all our BMW needs!

I went to the dealership to explore my options at the end of a lease. I was surprised and gratified by the effort Karen expended to find me exactly what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with.

BMW of Silver Spring went over and above our expectations to ensure that my wife found the car she was looking for. Dominic (Sales associate) was patient, knowledgeable & extremely helpful during our entire time there. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife is the happiest woman alive as she drives around in her new X3 and has already said we'll be back in a couple years when we're ready to purchase her next vehicle. Thank you again for such an awesome experience! Dominic, you were phenomenal!!!

I just bought my first BMW, and it's an X6!! Sooo happy with my purchase, after hours of online research and dealership visits. This research took me all the way from Texas to the BMW of Silversprongs Maryland. Ron Askew (sales associate) and Mike Bolgar (sales manager) gave me the concierge experience in customer service. My 650i belongs to the previous generation and recently Tom managed the execution of some MAJOR services on this car. He not only had the identified issues resolved effectively, but also proactively recommended replacing the engine sparks and the gearbox plate to rejuvenate the car's performance (since the issue-resolution labor hours covered the replacement ones). When I first visited, Ron Askew welcomed me and made me feel super comfortable without applying too much pressure. I've been back & forth for a couple of months and he's been very patient. He introduced me to his BMW Genius named John....who is absolutely great as well. John knows everything about the BMW vehicles & was superb. Ron & John make a perfect team and I'm so glad that I came back to purchase a vehicle from them. Both Ron & John were great!!!
