I never owned a BMW in my life. During my lifespan I owned only VWs and American cars. A few months ago I started to look at three auto makers: Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. Sales Manager, Joanna McCarthy, and Salesperson, Karen Herbert, helped me on two difference occasions. In 2016 I purchased an X6 and after it was totaled they once again help me buy a 2017 M Sport X6! The ladies are professional, kind, and go out of their way to make things easy for their customers. I highly recommend the dealership and their service!
Karen Herbert is the best sales person we have ever worked with. She was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable! She was so caring and addressed all of our questions. She made my husband and I feel so at ease about this purchase. She also called us a few times to see how we are enjoying our new x5. She took so much time with me on the phone and even let me go to my car so she could guide me through some questions I had about the car. I will definitely be recommending Karen to friends and family! She is awesome!

Overall, I had a great experience. The sales person, Karen Herbert, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was looking for a CPO BMW with specific options. The BMW USA website allowed me to find the car that I wanted, but it was ~500 miles away. I contacted Karen on the BMW of Silver Spring website and was able to learn more about the car. Out of all my car buying experience BMW Silver Spring was the best out of all of them. I completed the entire process within 3 hours. I had THE best sale representative (Karen Herbert). During the past few months I had both my BMWs serviced at BMW of Silver Spring. My cars were serviced promptly and correctly and returned when promised in clean condition. I was kept informed of the progress by my Service Advisor Thomas Grant. Unlike my experience with some other BMW dealers, there were no surprises or excuses.
