I was 30 years old when I brought my very first BMW and it was at this location. I recently relocated back from Atlanta after 7 years and purchased my 5th BMW right where I started. This location was classy then and to this day, I have been treated like a king. I recommend BMW of Silver Spring to anyone who loves the ultimate driving machine. Karen Herbert was the bomb.

They are very professional and attentive. I have bought many cars, domestic and foreign, but BMW of Silver Spring is in a class by itself when it comes to making a customer feel special. They are straightforward and honest about their deals. I dealt with Karen Herbert.

Karen, our salesperson was very nice to deal with. I did not feel pressured. After a test drive with Karen, I took the car home(15 miles) to show my wife. When we decided on a price, worked with Andrew in financing who was very pleasant and finished the paperwork in less than one hour. Brett the Spencer about 30 minutes going over all of the technical features in the car.

Ron was very professional dealer. He was able to answer all my questions. Very prolific in details of the vehicle being purchased. I would recommend him to any one interested in buying a vehicle.

We were out shopping for a car and we had two choices in mind Acura RDX and Mercedes-Benz GLC300. We had visited Acura and when we were on our way to visit Mercedes-Benz, we saw BMW in Silver Spring. We decided to take a look at BMW X1, and we were very lucky to meet Niccolo Brown who is very friendly and helpful in helping us to decide on buying a BMW X1. Everyone at BMW Silver Spring is very friendly and helpful from the genius to the sales people to the service manager. It's a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I really enjoyed working with Ron at Silver Spring. I didn't feel like he was selling me a car, but rather that he treated me as a customer whom his job was to please. He listened to my desires, was upfront about options, and I never felt anything other than respect and patience. I highly recommend this dealership and, given that I decided to ultimately lease my car, I will return to them to either purchase or lease once more.

I went to BMW of Silver Spring to browse their wide variety of CPO vehicles.
