I was only planning on doing some test driving to narrow down my prospective car, but as most people know; you can't walk out of a car dealership without pushy salesmen taking over your plans. This time, I'm glad I met the most personable salesman in Ron to steer me in the right direction. He put at ease, and I left a happy man with a new X3.

I had a great buying experience at BMW - Silver Springs. From my salesman, Ron Askew, to interacting with the tech guy who explained everything in great detail. Ron was extremely helpful and ALWAYS kept a positive and pleasant attitude as I tried to determine which color I wanted :) I am 100% satisfied that I leased my BMW from there and would recommend the dealership (and Ron) to anyone considering purchasing or leasing a BMW. No other dealership in the DC-metro area can hold a candle to the exceptional level of service provided by BMW of Silver Spring! After years of miserable, lackluster (and downright rude) "service" at Euro Motorcars Bethesda (which claims to be "among the best" luxury car dealerships... Thomas Grant was absolutely marvelous. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the BMW warranty. He followed up with me and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was under the service centers care. His communications skill are extremely impicable. I appreciate all of his assistance throughout the process.. I would recommend him and the service to all of my associates and friends that may need BMW service for their vehicle.

This was my first BMW, the process was very easy and smooth, prices cannot be beaten, staff was very friendly and professional, I did not feel pressured at all. I highly recommend this dealership.

The agent was very helpful and accommodating. She walked me through the whole buying process with much patience, and showered me with all the information that I needed to know. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and my car buying experience was very enjoyable.

BMW of Silver Spring offers customers a user-friendly environment that is conducive to trust. Our sales person, Mr. Ron Askew is the finest gentleman I have had the pleasure of working with. The same can be said for Finance Manager, Mr. Andrew Lippincott. My personal trainer, John, was most informative and easy to work with.
