I've taken my car to this dealership many times and have always left with smile on my face. They were very courteous and always offered me a free car wash, even after the most basic of services. Also, Tischer's online parts prices are amazing! Keep up the good work!
Best car buying experience ever. Not only did we get a great price on a fabulous vehicle (a used 2006 BMW X3), but everything was explained to us in detail, the customer service was fantastic, and despite being three salesmen down, the overall experience was extremely enjoyable. The experience overall was very positive. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. I've worked with Tischer for my previous BMW service calls, and their great customer service shows all around. Great dealership I'd recommend to others and will continue to patron!
I recently leased a 3-series, and manny was a wonderful salesman. Larry (the general manager) was wonderful as well. He was very accomodating, and very easy to talk to. I would definetly recommened this dealership to anyoen who wants to purchse/lease a new BMW. I was recommended by a friend, and it turned out to a great decision. I live in northern VA and I wouldn't normally come out this far for a new purchase/lease, but after the recommendation, I was very satisfied.
Overall a very nice experience. Mike Thompson provided great service. There were a few minor delays in the process (flat tire on model), but was quickly corrected. Had to wait a while for financing personnel, but then again, don't bring you kids along.
After being loyal to a dealership in Virginia for several years, I wanted both a great car and a great experience (and the other guys just weren't cutting it anymore). My friend purchased a 2005 M3 from Tischer a few months ago and still talks about how easy they made the process, how friendly their staff was, the condition of the car, etc. Based on his experience, I decided to give Tischer/MileOne a try. I rushed from work in downtown DC and drove in the rain and horrible traffic out to Tischer in order to see a very specific car: a Certified 2006 330xi with manual and just 19K on the clock.
