Outstanding buying experience. I found not only the best price, but also also the most understanding and up front sales staff. Ran in circles with other dealers in the area - some were at best unresponsive, while others were at worst misleading. Don't bother, I highly recommend Tischer. I dealt with Mr. Skirpa who was not only very knowledgeable about the BMW products, he was very professional and courteous. I also was impressed with his "no pressure" approach to selling automobiles. Mr. Joshi was absolutely tremendous. He was kind enough to wait past his normal quitting time for me to arrive (there was traffic) and gave me the most elegant, poised, and professional presentation and service regarding a beautiful, pre-owned 335i convertible I could ever have asked for. When My husband and I went to the dealership Mr. Kevin Hemmis was very helpful, he explained us everything about the car, we went to a test driving and he was so patient and professional answering all the questions that we made about the car and he explained all the functions. I give this dealers Used car sales dept a 10. Mostly I delt with my salesperson Kailash Joshi, this gentelman goes above and beyond and is a man of his word. He even stayed several hours late for me to complete my purchase. The customer service I recieved from Kalashi was absolutly outstanding, what a great man !!!
