After a few weeks, we weren't making progress finding the vehicle we wanted through dealers in the Richmond area. Very excellent service from sales through financing. Judy was excellent and very knowledgeable about BMW's. She brought the car from Silver Spring to Annapolis for my tryout. This was done on her day off. Car was immaculate and in "as new" condition. Completely pleased with dealership at this time. Would recommend.
We were in the search of a BMW and we called different locations to ask for some information. Within 10 mins Rick Lopez called us back, he gave us some information and directions. We had an excellent experience with Tischer BMW. Mr. Sigis Skirpa was very helpful, very knowledgeable and efficient. Our questions were answered quickly and correctly. We opted for the European Delivery program, so our process was more complicated than average, but still everything was handled very smoothly and professionally with no kinks. Overall experience was superb! Judy went above and beyond to meet my needs. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and treats customers with much kindness and respect. You get a good service since you open the door to get in the store. People is friendly and they give you the best attention you never have experienced. Good deal prices and they have an excellent cars in store. They are really nice and they have patient and give you a good space to think in your next shopping. Originally had an appt with Manny to test drive two used cars, but he had to leave before we got there. Michael helped us out and we were very pleased. We ended up buying a new car instead. I would definitely recommend Tischer and Michael to others. In the future, I would definitely buy from Michael again.
