We visited Tischer to test drive a BMW 328i with intent to purchase. The sales representative of Tischer, Mr. Kailash Joshi, provided us with detailed information about the vehicle, the various options available, and helped us identify a car that met our need. I had an excellent BMW purchase experience at Tischer BMW recently. The salesperson, Kailash Joshi, took extra time to present the pre-owned car, was courteous and made the entire process very pleasant. I was treated with utmost professionalism at all times and was never pressured to buy. It was my 13th BMW purchase and will remain as one of the best buying experiences ever.
The staff at the dealership was excellent. Even though we came in only five minutes before closing, the staff allowed us to do a test drive and then stayed an hour after closing without complaint and they remained friendly throughout the transaction. We also were able to get the internet price without negotiation.
I had visited multiple BMW Dealerships as well as Lexus Dealerships looking for my new car. I found Tischer to be knowledgeable and prompt in their replies and very helpful in person. My sales experience at Tischer BMW was great from the moment I walked in. I requested for a Sales Advisor at the Reception Desk and I was met by Kailash Joshi within a minute. Rick and Mike took care of me immediately! They told me not to worry about my credit and that I wasn't going to have to travel or waste my time with any other dealership. I especially liked the Autobiography on the vehicle and that it was certified pre-owned. This way I can still take advantage of BMW's great warranty.
