Responsive from the first e-mail contact. Informative telephone call after e-mail contact. Easy to set up an appointment. Very friendly staff greeting you when entering the dealership. This is a suburb dealership... I am quite knowledgeable about auto dealers having dealt with VERY many as I have bought over 10 cars in 5 years. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received once I walked into the door to the moment I drove away in my new BMW. My salesman Sun went above and beyond to make sure we found the right vehicle to fit my needs and my budget. Once again, a great experience. We returned to the dealership to get questions answered on our comfort access and idrive. Michael Kazemburg treated us with the same patience (we are technically illiterate) and professionalism we experienced when we purchased the car. I did not think they could sustain the excellent level of service demonstrated in our first dealings with Tischer BMW - they did.
Well what can I say? I started by searching their convenient website and found a vehicle I wanted to check out. I just brought my X3 from this dealer and I'm very impress with the service I received from my sales rep, Mikhail Bolgar. He's very courteous, on time w/appointment and taking time to explain everything about the car to me. He never rush me into making decision. He gave me the pros and cons between the 2 cars I like. Amazing. The buying experience was excellent. I hate buying a new car but in this case I can say there were no games,surprises or wasted time.
