Great experience. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I received poor service from other BMW dealerships in the area and felt like I wasn't taken seriously because of my young age, but Manny was professional from the start. He has always been quick to respond to my inquiries, and overall great to do business with.
Manny provided very good service and was responsive to all requests. He also provided good follow-up service and continues to stay in touch to ensure a good BMW experience. I believe I got a good deal although I could have bought the car a month later to enjoy 0.9 % interest instead of 2.9 %.
My son purchased a used BMW and worked with Son as the sales person. He was cordial and straight forward efficiently handling the task. Jennifer was in charge of the financing aspects of the sale and she was teriffic. She made Matthew feel very at ease with a rather intimidating process and was great to work with. I felt this dealership was the best I have ever dealt with.
My rating is based on the level of professionalism, care, and service provided by this individuals. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2006 BMW 330i from Ticher on 12/30/08. The experience was extremely pleasant, and these staffers were exceptional.

After visiting 8 dealerships trying to decide which type of car to buy, then narrowing the decision to a BMW and deciding between 3 dealers, it was easy to decide who we wanted to work with. This was a return trip to Tischer/Mile One for us. We purchased our fourth BMW (535xiT)this time around. Chris and Mike knew we wanted to do Performance Center Delivery for this car, and began putting the plan in place months in advance for us.
