The sales and management staff was extrealy helpful in locating the vehicle that I was looking for. They went out of there way to conduct searchs nationwide and in the immediate area. They found the vehicle that I wanted and within my price range. I found the entire experience to be outstanding as this was my first purchase of a BMW.

I must say that this dealership is rated #1 on my list! I have owned 6 BMW's in the last 8 years and have delt with all the other BMW dealerships in the DC area. The sales lady Judy was wonderful and did everything to make sure that all my needs were satisfied! I always go to dealerships underdressed and they never give me the time of day, Tischer let me test drive several cars without questions on if I could afford it! Tischer by far has been the best dealer to do business with!
My wife and I had shopped around the entire Washington DC metro area in our car search. We visited Sterling BMW and Fairfax BMW. Axel was very friendly and professional. He was happy to tell us everything about the car we are interested in, show us the Carfax report, give information on our own car(which is also a BMW) and take us for the test drive. He also introduced us to the manager of the store who provided us with an additional information. The dealership has a wide variety of different cars, from convertible to SUVs. My experience at tischer as great i dealt with Axel on line at first and then in person after we settled on a price. He was pleasant and knowledgeable of the cars. Every other time that i have been a dealership was awful i felt bullied and and generally dirty from the experience. I would refer my friends and family to Axel and tischer. there was a problem with the car that I had not noticed at the time of the sale. For the last 20,000 miles I have been dealing with a front-end vibration and shimmy while braking in my 740i. I replaced the tires, traction strut bushings, balanced the tires four times and two alignments to no avail. Three local BMW dealers could not find the problem.
