While admittedly based on only one visit, my experience was so overwhemlingly positive - especially compared to ALL of my experiences at VOB BMW in Rockville - that I felt compelled to comment. Tischer parts counter personnel and service writers (sorry if that's not the precise term) were pleasant, engaging, and patient. Had a great experience buying our first BMW. They were very competitive on price and the agent I used was superb. Follow up visits for service were OK (I was expecting much more from BMW) though I didn't use my sales rep --- learned I should have and he would have taken care of us.
I recently purchased a BMW X6 from David Davila and finance specialist Gen Awanoharo. These gentleman were excellent from start to finish. David and Gen made the transaction simple and efficient. David was knowledgeable on every level. He explained and demonstrated the features of my new vehicle . The finance manager Gen had everything read to go and as a result the paperwork was ultra efficient from start to finish. They are both very professional, knowledgeable ,and expert on what they do.

Great vehicle buying experience
I was truly disappointed to hear that the vehicle that I came in to purchase was said to have been damaged. However, Brittany did an amazing job and was very accommodating. She took her time to help me find a comparable vehicle.
I worked with Eric to trade in my current car and get a new lease. Once I showed interest in the car he reached out immediately and I was able to come to the dealership the next day for a test drive. He was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions about each car. I enjoyed working with him and would do business with him again.
Grant King is always on point. That’s why I go to him for any service for one of my six vehicles because he gets it done.

Kyle Green was extremely professional as usual this is my second vehicle purchase built online. The only issue is there were 150 miles on my vehicle and I hadn't received it, this is a major concern because currently it is unknown why and who drove this vehicle. Obviously it wasn't me and a lot can go wrong if someone drives a vehicle 5 miles let alone 150..
