I had an excellent experience at BMW of Silver Spring. Eric Lovo is great to work with, very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions I had! The finance managers were also very professional and helpful during the purchase of my new vehicle. This was the 2nd car we purchased from here and won’t be the last. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Our experience with Harold Shelby was awesome! We would give more than 5 stars, if possible. Roberto Was extremely professional and super helpful at finding me the right vehicle. He was attentive and listened to what I wanted and needed and it didn’t feel like I was just a sale.
